FAQ
Q: What generator capacity is suitable for my vessel?
A: Generator capacity is selected according to the total onboard electrical load, starting current of major equipment, and future power expansion requirements. Common capacities range from 20 kVA to over 1000 kVA.
Q: Are spare parts available after delivery?
A: Yes. Routine maintenance parts such as filters, belts, sensors, AVR modules, controllers, and alternator components are available for long-term supply.
Q: What warranty do you provide?
A: The standard warranty is 12 months after commissioning or 1,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first, excluding normal wear parts.
Q: Which Incoterms do you support?
A: Common trade terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP, and other mutually agreed Incoterms.
Q: Do you provide installation and operation manuals?
A: Yes. Each generator is supplied with an operation manual, wiring diagram, maintenance guide, parts list, and factory test report. Remote technical support is also available when required.
Q: What export documents can you provide?
A: Available documents include Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, CE Declaration (if applicable), Test Report, Warranty Certificate, and other export documents required by the destination country.
